Concerning Satan and the Blood of Jesus

Save us and help us with your right hand, that those you love may be delivered.

Psalm 108:6

Fact,

Satan is a liar and a deceiver.

For it is John 8:44 that says:

…He was a murderer from the beginning,

not holding to the truth,

for there is no truth in him.

When he lies,

he speaks his native language,

for he is a liar and the father of lies

And in Revelation 20:10:

And the devil,

who deceived them,

was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur,

where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown.

They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Fact: He is the enemy of our soul.

1 Peter 5:8 says:

Be self-controlled and alert.

Your enemy the devil prowls around

like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

John 10:10a: tells us:

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy…

Fact: He has even disguised himself as an angel of light.

2 Corinthians 11:14:

And no wonder,

for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.

Fact:

He is not beyond even attempting to use scripture for his advantage.

(Luke 4:1-13)

But the one thing he cannot copy or counterfeit in any way

is the blood Jesus presented before our Heavenly Father.

Here are just a few things I know about the Blood of Jesus.

Concerning the blood of Jesus:

I know that it is in the blood where life is.

Leviticus 17:11 & 17:14

I know that concerning the blood of Jesus,

nobody is too sinful.

* * * * *

I know that the shed blood of Jesus

can break the power of sin in my life.

* * * * *

I know that Satan hates the blood of Jesus.

* * * * *

I know that it is the blood of Jesus

that I use as a weapon to be wielded against Satan.

I know that it is the shed blood of Jesus

that is all powerful within my heart.

* * * * *

It is the shed blood of Jesus

that brings me deliverance.

* * * * *

It is the shed blood of Jesus

that gives me freedom.

* * * * *

I know that the blood Jesus shed for me

was blood from an innocent man.

Matthew 27:4

I know that the blood Jesus shed for me is

precious and perfect

as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

1 Peter 1:19

I know the reason Jesus shed His blood for me

was so that I might be forgiven of my sins.

Matthew 26:28

I know that Jesus willingly shed His Blood for me

because He loves me.

John 10:18

I know that the blood Jesus shed for me

was necessary and according to the law.

Hebrews. 9:22

I know that the blood Jesus shed for me,

redeemed me.

Ephesians 1:7

I know that the blood Jesus shed for me

is cleansing and purifying my spirit, soul and body.

1 John 1:7

I know that the blood Jesus shed for me

has given me eternal life.

John 3:14

Therefore,

I testify to Satan personally as to what the Word

says the Blood of Jesus does for me.

Through the Blood of Jesus,

I am redeemed out of the hand of the devil.

They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb

and

by the word of their testimony;

Revelations 12:11

Let the redeemed of the LORD say this—

those he redeemed from the hand of the foe,

Psalms 107:2

Through the Blood of Jesus,

All my sins are forgiven.

In him we have redemption through his blood,

the forgiveness of sins,

in accordance with the riches of God’s grace

Ephesians 1:7

The Blood of Jesus Christ, God’s Son,

Continually cleanses me from all sin.

But if we walk in the light,

as he is in the light,

we have fellowship with one another,

and

the blood of Jesus, his Son,

purifies us from all sin.

I John 1:7

Through the Blood of Jesus,

I am justified,

made righteous,

just as if

I’d never sinned.

Since we have now been justified by his blood,

how much more shall we be saved

from God’s wrath through him!

Romans 5:9

Through the Blood of Jesus,

I am sanctified,

made holy,

set apart to God.

And so Jesus also suffered

outside the city gate

to make the people holy

through his own blood.

Hebrews 13:12

My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit,

Redeemed and cleansed, by the Blood of Jesus.

Do you not know that your body

is a temple of the Holy Spirit,

who is in you,

whom you have received from God?

You are not your own;

you were bought at a price.

Therefore honor God with your body.

What can wash away my sin?

What can make me whole again?
