We must hide our un-holiness in the wounds of Christ.

(Teaching)

Why there?

Because

1 Corinthians 1:18

says;

For the message of the cross

it is foolishness to those who are perishing,

but

to us who are being saved

it is the power of God.

It is this power

that can break the power of sin

presently within our lives

and

it is also this power

that is able to cleanse us

from these sins.

Plus,

it is this very power

that can do

much — much

more for us.

Therefore,

we go to the Cross

to become

clean and pure

before our Father God.

For the victories

that our Heavenly Father

has for each of us

flows out

from the Cross of Jesus.

And

the only way

for us to receive our

Father God’s

shield of victory

is to have clean hands

and

a pure heart before Him.

Psalm 24:3-4

How do we get clean and pure?

 If you have been sinning,

before you continue,

“STRONGLY”

suggest you first read;

Psalm 32  and also  Psalm 51

    *          *          *          *          *

We start with Repentance!

What is Repentance ?

Repentance

brings me life!

Repentance

brings about the forgiveness

of my sins!

Repentance

makes me clean and pure.

Repentance is:

God’s offer of love to me.

Repentance is:

The beginning of responding

in the opposite spirit

to pride

or

unbelief

(Teachings)

or

any sin

in my life.

Repentance means:

To change

my thinking patterns

to renew my mind

(Teaching)

and

to have the right

heart attitude

towards

my Father God

(Our God is Infinite)

and

any sin

in my life.

Repentance is:

A gift of Grace!

Humility And Repentance,

Repentance can only come about

from a place of humility

in my heart

because

our Father God

only gives Grace

to a person

with a humble spirit.

James 4:6

Psalm 51:17

The Holy Spirit and Repentance.

Repenting Means:

To be led

by the

Holy Spirit

and,

together with

the help of the Holy Spirit,

I am to search my heart

and

see were I have sinned.

John 16:8

Psalm 139:23-24

Repentance happens:

By way of the

blessing of conviction.

Conviction always

is brought to me

by

the work of the

Holy Spirit

within

my life.

What does conviction do?

Concerning repentance,

conviction tells my soul:

That I am guilty.

That I have done something wrong.

That I have sinned.

Conviction is the opposite of Condemnation.

(Teaching)

Condemnation tells me that:

“I am something wrong.”

Notice the difference between the two;

Conviction =

You have done something wrong.

Condemnation =

You are something wrong.

Condemnation is:

 Always tied to shame.

Conviction:

Draws me

to the Cross of Jesus

so that

I may go there

and

confess

and

be cleansed of my sins.

Condemnation:

Tries to keep me away

from the

Cross of Jesus.

The Enemy Does Not Want Me To Repent!

What is the end result of Repentance?

The forgiveness of all sins

in our lives.

Like the sins we see in

1 Corinthians 6:9-10

Do you not know

that the wicked will not

inherit the kingdom of God?

Do not be deceived:

Neither the sexually immoral

nor

idolaters

nor

adulterers

nor

male prostitutes

nor

homosexual offenders

nor

thieves

nor

the greedy

nor

drunkards

nor

slanderers

nor

swindlers

will inherit the kingdom of God.

Or the sins Jesus speaks of in:

Mark 7:20-23.

He says:

“What comes out of a man

is what makes him ‘unclean.’

For from within…

 ….men’s hearts,

come

evil thoughts,

sexual immorality,

theft,

murder,

adultery,

greed,

malice,

deceit,

lewdness,

envy,

slander,

arrogance

and

folly.

All these evils

come from inside

and

make a man ‘unclean.’ “

But,

when we sincerely repent

before our Father God,

at the Cross of our Brother Jesus,

then we are;

washed,

         cleansed,

             and

    sanctified.

 1 Corinthians 6:11

We are restored

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Psalm 23:3

Also repentance is:

The first step

on the paths of righteousness,

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Psalm 23:3

the paths to our Heavenly Father’s

(Our God is Eternal)

love and forgiveness

and into

His intimate presence.

Concerning righteousness,

in scripture we see

two kinds of righteousness.

The first is what was imparted to us

when Jesus was raised

from the dead.

The second

we put on,

we walk in,

    we choose it to be

a part of our daily lives.

Isaiah 32:17-18

Repentance:

Transforms my life.

Therefore,

I will repent,

for the Kingdom of God

is near.

Mark 1:15

The Kingdom of God in part means:

Peace, Healing, Victory,

Freedom and Joy.

Repentance implies:

Returning to my Heavenly Father.

This is what my Father God

(Our God Is Holy)

is waiting for.

He is waiting for me to repent.

 Luke 15:11-32

When I properly repent,

I can

worship my  Father God

(Our God is Sovereign)

and

my Brother,

my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,

and

I can do

Spiritual Warfare.

(Teaching)

At this point take a few minutes

and

apply what you have just read.

Become still

and

ask the Holy Spirit to search your heart

for any sins

that need to be confessed.

See yourself

at the Cross of your Brother Jesus

and

doing

this before your  Father God

and

with the Holy Spirit

helping you

and

leading you

and

guiding you.

For it is the Holy Spirit,

the third part of the Trinity

He, Himself  is the one

who has brought you

to the Cross of Jesus

our Brother

and there He is personally

sanctifying

and showing you

that

you have been justified.

And

He is dressing you in

clean and white clothing.

Psalm 51:7

1 Corinthians 6:11

Revelation 19:14

Now,

if you have applied

these truths,

you are now

clean and pure

before your Father in Heaven.

Do not go by your feelings here,

for this is an act of your will.

First, you apply these truths

in your life,

then later on your feelings will follow.

Now that I am

clean and pure

before

my Father God,

what is the next step?
