12) LGBTQ + believes God created me like this. I was born this way. He accepts me as I am. He allows me to accept myself. Let me be who I am.

All of us are born in sin, conceived of the flesh, so even if it were true (science doesn’t support that people are born gay) that an LGBTQ+ is born that way, it would still not be an excuse to go against God’s plan. Sinful situations before and after the birth can deeply influence life’s course, including, but not necessarily limited to sexual preference.

God doesn’t get offended with our weaknesses, but He doesn’t want our weaknesses to master us. God does accept us as we are in order to make us who He wants us to become.

Jesus surrendered and sacrificed Himself for the sake of our weaknesses, failures and sins.   He has provided the power for forgiveness and inner healing, which usually takes a process of time.

God created me like this – He accepts me as I am

For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son,

that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.

Romans 8:29

I was born this way

For you created my inmost being;
    you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
    your works are wonderful,
    I know that full well.
My frame was not hidden from you
    when I was made in the secret place,
    when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
Your eyes saw my unformed body;
    all the days ordained for me were written in your book
    before one of them came to be.
How precious to me are your thoughts, God!
    How vast is the sum of them!
Were I to count them,
    they would outnumber the grains of sand—
    when I awake, I am still with you.

Psalms 139:13-18

 He allows me to accept myself

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved,

a worker who does not need to be ashamed and

who correctly handles the word of truth

2 Timothy 2:15

Let me be who I am

“His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him

who called us by his own glory and goodness.

Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises,

so that through them you may participate in the divine nature,

having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

For this very reason,

make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness,

knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control,

perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness,

mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love.”

2 Peter 1:3-7

Name of our God: Image of the Invisible God –

The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

Colossians 1:15

The Cross Of Jesus –

For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing,

but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

1 Corinthians 1:18

The Blood of Jesus

How much more, then, will the blood of Christ,

who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God,

cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death,

 so that we may serve the living God!

Hebrews 9:14

Holy Jesus, You are the Image of the Invisible God. You chose me. You first revealed your love to me. I am amazed at Your goodness You have ongoingly shown me. As I have renewed my mind with the truth of your word, that truth has found its way deep within my heart to the point that it is inner-woven and is now a part of my own Spirit, transforming me into your Image and likeness. You Lord Jesus are the Potter and I am the clay. Have your way and shape me and mold me, be glorified in me and through me.

We Declare that our God is right now reshaping, reworking and transforming his sons and daughters into his very Image in order to display his glory through us.
